Recipe

STUFFED TOMATOES

Stuffed tomatoes is a simple, light recipe that can be adapted perfectly to any season in the year. It is extremely easy to prepare: after emptying out the tomatoes with a knife and spoon, finely chop basil, garlic, parsley, pepper and oregano, adding a little extra virgin olive oil. Stir this mix into the tomato flesh and breadcrumbs and add some grated cheese to taste. Lastly, all you need to do is to fill the tomatoes with the tasty mix and cook at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
